God has given the Pastor a clear and concise Kingdom Building Vision for All Nations Baptist Church. The vision is aggressive and prolific.
The vision includes a mandate:

• To be a totally Christ-centered congregation
• To recruit and heighten training of prospective members who routinely visit the church to go out
  and passionately seek the lost
• To double church membership
• To double the number of church leaders
• To foster a spirit of complete unity throughout the church ministries
• To acquire an additional facility for advanced education and training of children, youth
  and adults in Christian values and principles
• To promote stewardship principles, and encourage 100% tithing and giving
• To continue the church's transformational progression in spiritual maturity and productivity
